P20 Groups

Most dental practices make decisions with incomplete information. Data is spread across systems, performance is difficult to contextualize, and growth efforts are often based on assumptions.

P20 Groups (Practice 20) are designed to solve that problem.

What We Offer

What Practice Groups Are

20 similar-sized, non-competing practices come together through monthly data comparison and professionally moderated meetings 3x each year.

Clear numbers, informed peer discussion, and stronger decisions — together.

Group Agenda Overview

Each meeting is co-hosted by one selected group member in their respective city. The meeting agenda includes a tour of the co-host practice and a Pro-Dent Club provided dinner. The full agenda spans approximately 1.5 days.

Core of Every Meeting

The Monthly Composite

Every Practice Group meeting is built around the Monthly Composite — a comprehensive view of your practice's performance that integrates your accounting software data with practice management system (DMS) reports.

This unified report removes fragmented reporting and shows how operational activity translates directly into financial results. It includes benchmarking across more than 20 key performance indicators, each supported by clearly defined metrics.

The composite highlights strengths, identifies gaps, and provides context for meaningful comparison with similar practices. Practices review their composite in advance of each triannual meeting, ensuring discussions are informed, focused, and productive.
