Core of Every Meeting
The Monthly Composite
Every Practice Group meeting is built around the Monthly Composite — a comprehensive view of your practice's performance that integrates your accounting software data with practice management system (DMS) reports.

This unified report removes fragmented reporting and shows how operational activity translates directly into financial results. It includes benchmarking across more than 20 key performance indicators, each supported by clearly defined metrics.

The composite highlights strengths, identifies gaps, and provides context for meaningful comparison with similar practices. Practices review their composite in advance of each triannual meeting, ensuring discussions are informed, focused, and productive.
